With thirty years of business experience, I have been corporate facilitator, educator and coach. Blessed with an international career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with over 5000 leaders from a wide range of industries across twenty countries. I’ve dedicated my career to both energising and liberating people to be at their best.

My working expertise is to accelerate potential, change and wellbeing. I bring the latest scientific tools and knowledge, and intuitive know-how to help people bridge the connection between their hearts and minds. I work with integrating individual strengths, utilizing neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, and transformative technologies.  Core to my success, has been is whole person development … enhancing creative thinking, emotional agility, heart intelligence, personal resilience, and energy management. I apply this blend of what works, with executives, senior leaders and emerging leaders.

I live in Adelaide and travel from there to work nationally and internationally. I have been director of my own business for 20 years, Dr Sally J Rundle Pty. Ltd.   Together with PhD in international management and diploma in the exciting new field of energy medicine, I bring a unique approach to living a spirited life … to be the best version of you and your business!
